1. If you don't have a Quake Live account, sign up at http://www.quakelive.com.
2. Look at the Game On calendar to find the next cup in your country.
3. Follow the link to the Intel Extreme Masters website.
4. If you don't have an Electronic Sports League account yet, hit the Register button.
5. Enter the name of your Quake Live game account on the Intel Extreme Masters website under Settings.
6. Sign up to any Cup no later than 30 minutes before its start time.
7. Read 'Info & Details' to find out where to meet your opponent.
8. If you come win, wait for the next match, which will start 45 minutes later.
9. Watch the rankings to see your chances of qualifying for the Country Final and win cool prizes sponsored by Intel.

2. Entrants must be aged 16 years or over or must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardian. Entrants must not be employed by Intel Corporation, its affiliates and subsidiaries or must not be related to their families, or persons directly involved in the administration of this Prize Draw. Void where prohibited. All national and local laws and regulations apply.
3. How to enter:
   Before joining a tournament, you have to create an ESL account. Without this account there is no possibility of taking part in the tournament.

      Go to www.esl-world.net. Click on 'Create Account'. Fill out the form completely. After you submitted, you will receive an email. In this email you´ll get the activation-key. Now click at 'Activate Account', and activate your account with the key included in the email. Note: If you already have an ESL account, do not create a new one but use your exisiting account details to log on.
   2. How to participate in a tournament?
      In order to be able to participate in a tournament, you have to click on the button 'Sign up' to choose the tournament you want to take part at. Be ready to 'Check in ' half an hour before the tournament will start!. Click here for tournament schedule.
   Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per email address. E-mail addresses will be checked. Participants to this contest accept that Intel may name the winner of the prizes in public.
4. No purchase is necessary. All entries must comply to the tournament rules to qualify for the prizes. The competition will run from 10 October 2009 until February 2010. Subsequent entries will be automatically disqualified. Winners will be notified after the end of the final tournament. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your prizes.
5. Intel Corporation cannot accept any responsibility for entries not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions, or due to lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete entries. Entrants agree that Intel Corporation, its parent or subsidiaries advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have not liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winner for any injuries, losses or costs or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or parts thereof, or from participation in this Prize Draw.
8. Intel Corporation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and to suspend or terminate the competition at any time and for any reason, without notice. Intel makes no commitment to update information contained herein. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules.
9. The judge is the Intel Corporation and its decision will be final and legally binding. Final prizes are to be defined on Intel’s sole discretion. Intel Corporation will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the Prize Draw.
10. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. Intel Corporation and any other Intel subsidiaries take no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prizes received in this promotion.
11. The duration of the Intel GameOn Country challenge is from October 15th, 2009 until January 2010.

14. The tournaments are hosted by the Electronic Sports League (c/o Turtle Entertainment GmbH) and their tournament supervisors authorized to make decisions about the outcome of each tournament in the name of the Intel Corporation.
15. All participants must be resident or have the nationality of each country's or region's tournaments. Participants from other countries, or those that attempt to participate in multiple country tournaments will be disqualified
16. Use of data: Participants agree that their names and email addresses will be stored and processed by Intel in Europe or in the US during the duration of the competition for the purpose of verifying compliance with the rules of the competition and for determining and notifying the winner. The data will be deleted upon termination of the competition by Intel.
